The stops

We stop the engine, you step out

Two photo stops where we actually park: Bir-Hakeim Bridge, named in honour of the Free French of 1942, and the foot of the Eiffel Tower. I take the photos with your phone.

At each stop, I show you photos taken at the same spot in August 1944. Today's Paris takes on a new meaning.

Want real photos? I'm also a professional photographer.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

Where do we meet?

Place de l'Odéon, Paris 6th (Odéon metro, lines 4 and 10). I send you the exact spot and my number the day before. I can also pick you up at your hotel for an extra charge.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, from around age 10. I tell the Liberation as a story, with the places right in front of you, and no shocking images.

Is the price really the same for 2 or 3 people?

Yes. The price is per car, not per person: up to 3 passengers ride for the same price.
